Ahli Sunnah Wal-Jama’ah (ASWJ) telah diajukan sebagai apa yang telah dibawa oleh nabi besar kita, Nabi Muhammad, dan para sahabat yang empat (khalifah rasyidun). Ini tidak benar. Nabi Muhammad tidak membawa apa yang dipanggil Hadis/Sunnah. Beliau menerima wahyu (Quran) daripada Tuhan untuk disampaikan kepada manusia. Itu saja misi beliau dan tidak lebih daripada itu. Misi ini disempurnakan oleh beliau dalam masa 23 tahun, 13 tahun di Mekah dan 10 di Madinah. Hadis/Sunnah yang kemudian dikaitkan dengan beliau direka oleh pereka-pereka yang mempunyai kepentingan masing-masing. Kepentingan-kepentingan ini mula-mula bersifat politik dan kemudian berkembang menjadi teologi. Buktinya Quran sendiri. Banyak ayat Quran menegaskan Hadis itulah Quran, kerana ia keluar dari mulut Muhammad. Contohnya, “Inilah wahyu-wahyu Tuhan yang kami bacakan kepadamu; hadis yang manakah selain wahyu ini yang mereka percayai? (45: 6). Ada dua ayat yang berbunyi, “Bahawasanya, inilah perkataan rasul yang mulia.” (69: 40; 81: 19) Ada juga hadis yang direka itu selaras dengan ajaran Quran. Umpamanya, “Jangan kamu tulis apa-apa daripadaku selain Quran. Barangsiapa menulis sesuatu daripadaku selain Quran hendaklah memadamnya.” (Riwayat Muslim) Sejarah mencatat bahawa Khalifah Abu Bakar membakar koleksi hadisnya (500) dan Khalifah Umar Ibn Khattab membatalkan rancangannya hendak mengumpul Hadis.[1] Di Malaysia, pihak berkuasa agama memang mengaku mereka kaum Sunni.[2] Perdana Menteri kita, Datuk Seri Najib sendiri pernah berkata ia akan pinda Perlembagaan untuk memasukkan iktikad Ahli Sunnah WalJama’ah ke dalamnya. Saya segera menulis surat berdaftar A.R. memohon supaya beliau tidak berbuat demikian. Alhamdulillah, beliau tidak lagi menyebut perkara itu. Tuhan melarang kita membuat puak dalam agama. Kaum Sunni itu satu puak, puak majoriti dan puak ortodok. Lagi satu puak, puak Syi’ah, puak minoriti. Nabi Muhammad tidak membuat puak, selaras denga perintah Tuhan kepadanya. Kaum Sunni timbul setelah Imam Shafi’e (m. 204/820) memperkenalkan doktrin baru dua sumber utama, Quran dan Hadis. Selepas doktrin ini diterima ramai maka timbul enam pengumpul Hadis ‘Sahih’, Bukhari, Muslim, Tirmidhi, Abu Daud, Ibn Majah dan al-Nasa’i.
Kaum Sunni mendakwa mereka mengamalkan Islam yang sebenar. Jika dakwaan ini benar, mengapakah mereka menegakkan Hadis/Sunnah, sedangkan Nabi hanya membawa dan berpegang kepada Quran, seperti yang telah saya tunjukkan? Kita harus sedar bahawa agama Islam, seperti yang diajar oleh Tuhan kepada Nabi Muhammad hanya terdapat dalam Quran. Ramai sarjana telah menulis buku-buku untuk menghuraikan Quran dari dulu hingga sekarang. Kita bernasib baik dan berterima kasih kepada mereka kerana dapat manfaatkan usaha-usaha mereka, tetapi kita tidak boleh taksub kepada ajaran-ajaran mereka. Sikap kita seharusnya kritikal, ambil yang baik dan buang yang buruk.

Pakaian Tudung oleh Wanita
Saya menulis surat ini untuk menarik perhatian Tuan kepada pakaian tudung oleh kebanyakan kaum wanita kita sekarang. Quran memberitahu kita bahawa rambut wanita bukan ‘aurat. Oleh itu tidak perlu ditutup dengan pakaian tudung. Apa yang tidak disuruh oleh Tuhan dalam kitab suci Quran tidak harus kita lakukan. Kalau kita lakukan kerana sesuatu sebab, kita akan mengundang mudarat. Tudung suatu perkara baru di Malaysia. Dulu ibu saya dan wanitya-wanita Melayu sezaman dengan beliau pakai selendang. Pakain tudung dimestikan mengikut ajaran kitab Taurat, Perjanjian Baru (Korintus 1, 11: 2) yang sudah pun diganti dengan kitab Quran. Ada dua bukti dari Quran bahawa tudung bukan wajib. Pertama, kod pakaian wanita disebut dalam surah 24 (Al-Nur), ayat 30-31. Kedua, wuduk dalam Surah 5 (Al-Ma’edah), ayat 6. Malangnya, ahli perundangan Islam, Imam Shafi’e (767-820) yang datang 135 selepas Nabi Muhammad wafat memperkenalkan satu doktrin baru tentang dua sumber utama, Quran dan Hadis. Sebelum ini tidak ada Hadis. Misi Nabi Muhammad tidak lain dan tidak bukan menerima dan menyampaikan Quran kepada dunia. Hadis dikutip oleh Bukhari, Muslim dan lain-lain setelah doktrin Shafi’e diterima. Yang anehnya, kerapkali Hadis mengatasi Quran, seperti dalam doktrin sembahyang tiang agama. Mengikut ajaran Quran, tiang agama itu tauhid. Tanpa pegangan tauhid, semua amal ibadah batal. Saya mohon Tuan akan menerangkan perkara ini kepada para guru dan pelajar. Beri masa yang cukup (katalah 6 bulan) untuk masyarakat kita membuat perubahan. Mungkin Tuan patut menjemput tokoh-tokoh agama untuk memberi taklimat tentang perkara ini. Sekian dimaklumkan. Ahli Sunnah Wal-Jama’ah (ASWJ) telah diajukan sebagai apa yang telah dibawa oleh nabi besar kita, Nabi Muhammad, dan para sahabat yang empat (khalifah rasyidun). Ini tidak benar. Nabi Muhammad tidak membawa apa yang dipanggil Hadis/Sunnah. Beliau menerima wahyu (Quran) daripada Tuhan untuk disampaikan kepada manusia. Itu saja misi beliau dan tidak lebih daripada itu. Misi ini disempurnakan oleh beliau dalam masa 23 tahun, 13 tahun di Mekah dan 10 di Madinah. Hadis/Sunnah yang kemudian dikaitkan dengan beliau direka oleh pereka-pereka yang mempunyai kepentingan masing-masing. Kepentingan-kepentingan ini mula-mula bersifat politik dan kemudian berkembang menjadi teologi.
Buktinya Quran sendiri. Banyak ayat Quran menegaskan Hadis itulah Quran, kerana ia keluar dari mulut Muhammad. Contohnya, “Inilah wahyu-wahyu Tuhan yang kami bacakan kepadamu; hadis yang manakah selain wahyu ini yang mereka percayai? (45: 6). Ada dua ayat yang berbunyi, “Bahawasanya, inilah perkataan rasul yang mulia.” (69: 40; 81: 19)
Ada juga hadis yang direka itu selaras dengan ajaran Quran. Umpamanya, “Jangan kamu tulis apa-apa daripadaku selain Quran. Barangsiapa menulis sesuatu daripadaku selain Quran hendaklah memadamnya.” (Riwayat Muslim) Sejarah mencatat bahawa Khalifah Abu Bakar membakar koleksi hadisnya (500) dan Khalifah Umar Ibn Khattab membatalkan rancangannya hendak mengumpul Hadis.[1]
Di Malaysia, pihak berkuasa agama memang mengaku mereka kaum Sunni.[2] Perdana Menteri kita, Datuk Seri Najib sendiri pernah berkata ia akan pinda Perlembagaan untuk memasukkan iktikad Ahli Sunnah WalJama’ah ke dalamnya. Saya segera menulis surat berdaftar A.R. memohon supaya beliau tidak berbuat demikian. Alhamdulillah, beliau tidak lagi menyebut perkara itu.
Tuhan melarang kita membuat puak dalam agama. Kaum Sunni itu satu puak, puak majoriti dan puak ortodok. Lagi satu puak, puak Syi’ah, puak minoriti. Nabi Muhammad tidak membuat puak, selaras denga perintah Tuhan kepadanya. Kaum Sunni timbul setelah Imam Shafi’e (m. 204/820) memperkenalkan doktrin baru dua sumber utama, Quran dan Hadis. Selepas doktrin ini diterima ramai maka timbul enam pengumpul Hadis ‘Sahih’, Bukhari, Muslim, Tirmidhi, Abu Daud, Ibn Majah dan al-Nasa’i.
Kaum Sunni mendakwa mereka mengamalkan Islam yang sebenar. Jika dakwaan ini benar, mengapakah mereka menegakkan Hadis/Sunnah, sedangkan Nabi hanya membawa dan berpegang kepada Quran, seperti yang telah saya tunjukkan?
Kita harus sedar bahawa agama Islam, seperti yang diajar oleh Tuhan kepada Nabi Muhammad hanya terdapat dalam Quran. Ramai sarjana telah menulis buku-buku untuk menghuraikan Quran dari dulu hingga sekarang. Kita bernasib baik dan berterima kasih kepada mereka kerana dapat manfaatkan usaha-usaha mereka, tetapi kita tidak boleh taksub kepada ajaran-ajaran mereka. Sikap kita seharusnya kritikal, ambil yang baik dan buang yang buruk.

Pakaian Tudung oleh Wanita
Saya menulis surat ini untuk menarik perhatian Tuan kepada pakaian tudung oleh kebanyakan kaum wanita kita sekarang. Quran memberitahu kita bahawa rambut wanita bukan ‘aurat. Oleh itu tidak perlu ditutup dengan pakaian tudung.
Apa yang tidak disuruh oleh Tuhan dalam kitab suci Quran tidak harus kita lakukan. Kalau kita lakukan kerana sesuatu sebab, kita akan mengundang mudarat.
Tudung suatu perkara baru di Malaysia. Dulu ibu saya dan wanitya-wanita Melayu sezaman dengan beliau pakai selendang. Pakain tudung dimestikan mengikut ajaran kitab Taurat, Perjanjian Baru (Korintus 1, 11: 2) yang sudah pun diganti dengan kitab Quran.
Ada dua bukti dari Quran bahawa tudung bukan wajib. Pertama, kod pakaian wanita disebut dalam surah 24 (Al-Nur), ayat 30-31. Kedua, wuduk dalam Surah 5 (Al-Ma’edah), ayat 6. Malangnya, ahli perundangan Islam, Imam Shafi’e (767-820) yang datang 135 selepas Nabi Muhammad wafat memperkenalkan satu doktrin baru tentang dua sumber utama, Quran dan Hadis. Sebelum ini tidak ada Hadis. Misi Nabi Muhammad tidak lain dan tidak bukan menerima dan menyampaikan Quran kepada dunia. Hadis dikutip oleh Bukhari, Muslim dan lain-lain setelah doktrin Shafi’e diterima. Yang anehnya, kerapkali Hadis mengatasi Quran, seperti dalam doktrin sembahyang tiang agama. Mengikut ajaran Quran, tiang agama itu tauhid. Tanpa pegangan tauhid, semua amal ibadah batal.
Saya mohon Tuan akan menerangkan perkara ini kepada para guru dan pelajar. Beri masa yang cukup (katalah 6 bulan) untuk masyarakat kita membuat perubahan. Mungkin Tuan patut menjemput tokoh-tokoh agama untuk memberi taklimat tentang perkara ini.

You shall disregard them and their fabrications]OBEY ALLAH,OBEY RASUL* The phrase-”obey messenger” does not give blanket approval to obey everything the Messenger uttered.The choice of words in the QURAN IS PERFECT..ALLAH did not say “Obey Muhammad” nor did HE say “Obey Nabi”.Instead HE said “obey rasul”.The Arabic word “rasul” is a term derived from a root (Arabic-risalah) meaning”a message”.From the root word as well as the meaning of “rasul”means obey the messenger who is bringing a message from ALLAH.So obey the message that the messenger brings.This was his ONLY duty that ALLAH has spelled that out clearly in the QURAN:Q3:144 Muhammad is no more than a messenger.Q3:20Thy duty is to convey the message.Q16:82Thy duty is ONLY to preach the Clear Message.The SAME THEME IS REPEATED IN Q16:35;24:54;29:18;42:48;64:12 and MORE. Therefore the FUNDAMENTAL THEME OF “Obey ALLAH,obey rasul”,-when the prophet pbuh uttered QURANIC verses that contain injunctions,rules,guidance for the correct establishment of the DEEN demands and commands obedience from the believers. THE AUTHORITY IS FROM ALLAH THROUGH THE QURAN,THUS OBEY ALLAH IS OBEY THE QURAN AND OBEY MESSENGER IS OBEY THE QURAN*.”

Surah Ali Imran 3:19 [THE ONLY RELIGION APPROVED BY ALLAH IS "SUBMISSION"(ISLAM).Ironically ,those who have received the scripture are the ones who DISPUTE THIS FACT,despite the knowledge they have received,due to jealousy.For such REJECTORS OF ALLAH'S REVELATIONS,ALLAH IS MOST STRICT IN RECKONING]...So any mazhab religion of ASWJ,SYIAH,ahmadiyah,qadiani,salafisetc are NOT MENTIONED IN THE AL-QURAN.They are ALL totally different from the true teachings of the Prophet in the Quran. The first book of Hadith was that of Bukhari BORN 200 YEARS AFTER THE DEATH OF PROPHET MUHAMMAD. Thus the Hadith is simply a narration by Bukhari’s sources, claiming that ,he or she HEARD SOMETHING about the Prophet ACROSS 8 GENERATIONS OF THE DEAD.It is left to your imagination on the NARRATION’S ACCURACY AND ORIGINALITY.
